Post Disaster Survival: Making Fire

Learn fire safety, relative situational awareness tips, and how to build friction fires using found items such as yucca leaves, bamboo, and scrap items (for building buddy burners with). Participants will also assemble emergency fire kits to add to their personal emergency survival go-bags. This workshop will be interactive and hands-on with each participant practicing building a fire using the knowledge they will learn in the workshop.
